Demonetization was Economy's Detoxification

Lots of things are happening around us. We don't know how things have dramatically changed in the last two years. Best of friends became foes and worst of foes became best friends; reason is, that we chose to disagree not to agree on anything. Not that everything has to do with what is happening in Indian Parliament either through the ruling government or opposition which is almost sitting like a lame duck looking for issues to surround the government and stall the parliament functions. But personally speaking of all decisions taken by this central government, I will consider #Demonetization as a blessing in disguise for middle class and lower middle class specially the small traders and distributors and with GST round the corner waiting to be implemented, many middle men at different levels in a distribution channel will take the hit who were eating up a big chunk of total revenue between the suppliers (farmers/Distributors) to Sellers (Retail Shops). Let me remind that these middle men do nothing and every transactions that they do is not accounted. Now that Government is pushing for E-transactions on all fronts, tax evasion will get seriously tough as many street vendors have accepted the need and its urgency. With this there is every chance that the government will give a big relief in taxation slabs. Expectations are that we might see a huge cut in property prices as well and an easy housing loan at comparatively lower interest rates will soon become a reality. But with all these positive signs there is a strong negative scenario in employment opportunities. Big or medium employers specially from manufacturing sector might do away with smaller staffs and labor forces which they have been paying off with cash. A cut in the salary or very small increment is something which the employees will have to live with, specially in Hospitals and clinics. What is the alternative then to bridge this inflationary gap which widens year after year? The answer is any part time work or individual business which can be done either by your spouse or both and that which does not call for big investment and should be from conventional industry backed by a well cemented brand name. MLM or Multi Level Marketing can be one good option. Though It has be carefully chosen as they basically work on motivation. They motivate you to such an extent that you may well feel hypnotized and later it will become difficult for you to even consider better opportunities coming your way. Some of the things which one needs to take note of while making choices are: 1. Tenure of business -: More than 10 years then give it a thumbs up 2. Marketing Plan -: Should be easy to understand and further educate and should not sound unachievable 3. Offerings -: Products or services should be of unmatched standards and quality. Some of the companies which are doing well are -: Amway, Herbalife, were good brands earlier to work with, but their marketing plan is much tougher to achieve and sustain month after month, they still are good brands to work with but were built primarily through advertising and hiring celebrities to promote their products. Lately I discovered Forever Living Products and met few distributors. I was amazed to see that they have successful achievers from a family of low income groups and their numbers were too high and it was a big surprise to my imagination. It has a simple marketing plan and has a great product portfolio starting with Aloe Vera and Bee hive since last 38 years. Another company is Social Trade which is basically an Affiliate Marketing firm from digital media. Its a new brand and many people have taken it and are making very good money. But I will still put up a word of caution since the history is not much known and some of the news archives can be searched upon to handpick many fraudulent cases that happened. I will recommend to start this with the smallest package and then go for Networking. Build an alternative earning platform my friends.
